I hear the seagulls screaming outside my window… they must smell my salmon dinner…
I had 2 zucchini cores left over from the zucchini noodles/strips I had made yesterday. So, last night I cut up the cores and used parmesan cheese as the coating instead of flour (low carb) : D I don’t have an oven so these were done in a frying pan with olive oil. Sooooo good!!!
